Vesak – 2023 Celebrations in Lebanon
The Embassy of Sri Lanka to Lebanon & Syria commemorated Vesak under the theme of “the Serenity of the Mind” at the Embassy premises on Friday 05th May 2023 with the participation of Sri Lankan community.
The Embassy premise was decorated with colorful lanterns, Buddhist flags and displayed them facing the Damascus highway.
The second program with many events will be held at a public venue on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st, May 2023 which is more convenient for the Sri Lankan community in Lebanon.
